Food intolerance is estimated to affect up to 45% of the population. If you suffer from any of the symptoms below you could have an intolerance to specific foods -

  • Digestive discomfort

  • Bloating

  • Weight management difficulties

  • Joint pain

  • Migraines

  • Tiredness or fatigue

These conditions can have a negative impact on fitness and, in turn, sports performance. Finding what ingredients are causing negative effects on your body can help you break through a fat loss plateau, improve your mental clarity and supercharge your exercise performance.
