With any nutrition plan we need to get your starting point. Identifying your goal allows for focus and structure. We have worked with hundreds of CrossFit members so we have categorised the nutrition plans into 3 areas.
FAT LOSS, STRENGTH, WELLNESS
Now we understand that you may want to lean down and increase muscle mass. It is important to identify what is your primary goal. Do not worry....there will be crossover in all of these areas. We just wanted to provide advice specific for each goal.
We encourage members to focus on a specific goal for at least 1 month. We will discuss how to progress during the membership site.
