With any nutrition plan we need to get your starting point. Identifying your primary goal allows for focus and structure. We have categorised the nutrition plans into 3 areas.
FAT LOSS, STRENGTH, WELLNESS
It is important to identify what is your primary goal. Do not worry....there will be crossover in all of these areas. We just want to provide advice specific for each goal.
We encourage you to focus on a specific goal for at least 1 month. We will discuss how to progress during the membership site.
