Training and anytime meals

As you may have seen with the new members site and macro calculator we have changed things round a little. We have designed a system now to help simplify things.

What we wanted to do was create a system that allows you to -

  • Follow calories and macros…if you want

  • Use hand portion sizes to measure meals

  • Use visual feedback in terms of what your plate looks like

  • Or just use the recipes!

We hope this system is easier to follow than a bunch of numbers!

Splitting meals into Training and Anytime allows us to -

  • Have only 2 calorie targets for main meals

  • Streamline meal prep and cooking

  • Easily swap meals using the recipe site

  • Build consistency with our your plan

We just found that having different breakdowns at each meal caused too much confusion, for us as well as you! Let us know your thoughts.
