  • Each course has it’s own library of information including meal plans, food lists, guides and practical advice in an easy to digest format.

+ What is the process

  1. Choose which course you would like to sign up for

  2. You will receive an email with instructions to download the app and enter the course code

  3. Once the app is downloaded and you have signed in you will receive a daily notification with your habit / lesson task

  4. Each day you check if you have or haven’t completed the simple task. There will be content for you to use including articles, videos, links, downloads etc

  5. You can then message your nutrition coach with any issues through the app!

  6. You can only sign up to one course at a time. You can pause a course and as soon as you have finished one you can enrol on another!
