  • 2 tablespoons of arla skyr yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina or greens powder
  • 1 teaspoon cacao powder
  • One cube frozen spinach
  • 150ml almond milk
  • 5 ice cubes
  • Sprig of mint 
  • Optional extra - slice of cacao butter.

Excellent option for a higher fat and protein smoothie. The spinach and spirulina will help with endurance performance by providing iron and b-vitamins. Adding some fats in when eating nutrient dense foods is advised as the fat will help you absorb the nutrients better!

  • 2 tablespoons of skyr yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
  • 150 coconut water
  • 5 cubes of ice
  • Optional mango pieces

This is a perfect post workout rehydration smoothie. Pineapple contains bromelain which is a powerful anti-inflammatory. Try this out when the hot weather or after an engine room session!

  • 150ml almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon
  • Sprinkle of nutmeg
  • Sprinkle of allspice
  • 1 teaspoon of flaxseed
  • Drizzle of maple syrup
