Cherry and almond raw balls

5 ingredient cherry raw balls. Superb snack to aid recovery from exercise.

  • Roughly 20 pitted dates (150 g)

  • Raw almonds - 200g

  • 150g dried tart cherries

  • 1 tablespoon water

  • Pinch of Sea salt


  1. Place almonds in a food processor and process for about a minute or until the almonds turn into a meal.

  2. Add in pitted dates, tart cherries, sea salt, and water and process for 1-2 minutes on high until you’ve created your dough. If the mixture seems to dry, add 1/2 teaspoons of water until you’ve reached the preferred consistency.

  3. Scoop out heaping tablespoons of dough and roll between your palms to create the balls.

  4. Keep for about 10 days weeks in the fridge or freeze them.
