  • 8 Cherries, (50g)

  • Cacao, 1 tsp

  • Greek of Skyr Yogurt, 1 Pot (150 g)

  • Pumpkin seeds, 1 tablespoon (15 g)

  • Ground flaxseed, 1 tbsp (7 g)

  • Almond Butter, 1 tsp (5 g)

Method

  1. Spoon yogurt into a jar

  2. Mix in Cacao powder and Cherries

  3. Top with flax, almond butter and pumpkin seeds
