Curried chicken and roasted cauliflower
We wanted to see how many ingredients we could get into a meal beginning with C. Excellent versatile meal that we encourage you to add more veg or carbs too!

Greek Yogurt (0%), 1 Tablespoon
Curry Powder, 1 tablespoon (7 g)
Chicken Breast - 2 large fillets (300 g)
Cauliflower, 0.5 head (288 g)
Olive Oil, 1 tablespoon (15 g)
Cinnamon, 1 tsp (3 g)
Cumin, 1 tsp (3 g)
Walnuts, 1 tablespoons (11 g)

Combine the yogurt and curry powder in a large bowl.
Coat the chicken breasts in the yogurt and allow to marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Place the chicken on a tray and bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Place the cauliflower on a tray drizzle over the olive oil and season with salt and pepper, sprinkle over the cinnamon and cumin, give a good toss and roast for 20 minutes.
Transfer to a large bowl and add the walnuts to the cauliflower.
Feel free to add more veg to this meal.
Also you can serve with rice / roasted potatoes to make into a training meal
