Egg and spinach workout wrap

Simple quick breakfast / snack. Great pre workout.

 Ingredients

  • 2 x Be free sweet potato wraps (can use any wrap)

  • Avocado (1/2 small avocado)

  • Chilli sauce

  • 3 boiled eggs

  • Spinach


For both wraps

Method

  1. Boil the eggs, chill then peel.

  2. Slice into halves

  3. Place 1 and half eggs in each wrap with the other ingredients.
