Simple snack. Great for using around training or in between events at competitions.

  • 200g rolled oats

  • 140g pumpkin puree (roughly a third of the can) - buy here

  • 20g honey or maple syrup

  • 10g pumpkin seeds

  • Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees.

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl to form a dough. Adjust sweetness as desired (will alter macros).

  • Add any optional ingredients.

  • Use your hands to create 10 cookie shapes.

  • Place cookies on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes.
