Pumpkin oat cookies
Simple snack. Great for using around training or in between events at competitions.

90 kcal training snack
200g rolled oats
140g pumpkin puree (roughly a third of the can) - buy here
20g honey or maple syrup
10g pumpkin seeds

Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl to form a dough. Adjust sweetness as desired (will alter macros).
Add any optional ingredients.
Use your hands to create 10 cookie shapes.
Place cookies on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes.
