Turkey Mince low fat 36 oz (600 g)
Kidney Beans, Canned, 1 cup (256 g)
Cumin, 3 tsp
3 garlic clove
Mushrooms, Fresh, 2 cup (202 g)
Onion, Fresh, 1 onion (114 g)
Paprika, 2 teaspoon (4 g)
Red Pepper, 2 red bell pepper (240 g)
Chicken Stock mixed with water, 300ml
Tomato Puree, 1 Tablespoon (14 g)
1 can chopped tomatoes (400 g)

1. Cook chopped onion and garlic for 5 mins. Add diced peppers and mushrooms and cook for further 10 mins.
2. Add turkey mince, tomatoes with spices and stir well coating the ingredients
3. Then add stock and boiling water. Cover and simmer for 30 mins.
4. Add the beans and stir. Cook for further 15 minutes. Remove lid to get desired thickness
