Apple pecan smoothie

Pecan nuts are a powerhouse of vitamins and minerals such as manganese, potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc, and selenium. Coupled with the fibre rich apples and protein this is a great mid afternoon smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 1 small apple
  • 30g Pecan nuts
  • 30g vanilla protein
  • Cinnamon, 1 tsp
  • Nutmeg, 1/2 tsp
  • 200ml Coconut milk - carton (not the full fat tin)

Method

1. Put everything in a nutribullet and blend it up
