Apple cinnamon overnight oats

Mix it up from berries and bananas and add grated apple to your overnight oats. Cinnamon is an excellent spice to have at breakfast to help control blood sugar levels

Ingredients

  • Rolled Oats, (50 g)
  • Vanilla Protein, 1 scoop (25 g)
  • Chia seeds, 1 tbsp (12 g)
  • 1/2 grated apple
  • 250ml water or almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • Large pinch nutmeg

Method

1. Put everything in a tub or jar and shake it up
2. Leave overnight
