Ingredients

  • Carrot, 1 carrot (64 g)

  • Cinnamon, 1 tsp (3 g)

  • Protein, 1 scoop (30 g)

  • Walnuts (20 g)

  • 5 Dates (25 g)

  • 1/2 Banana (60 g)

  • Almond Milk, 1 cup (262 g)

  • Honey, 1 teaspoon (8 g)

  • Pineapple (50g)
