Paprika sausage gnocchi and veg

Gluten free spinach gnocchi and heck sausages combine to make this comforting warming bowl of goodness. Mushrooms, broccoli and tomatoes add a tonne of nutrients to help you supercharge your recovery

Ingredients

  • Heck chicken sausages, 2 sausage (160 g)

  • Potato and spinach gnocchi (150 g)

  • Mushrooms (100 g)

  • Tomato and garlic sauce (organic), 1/3 of the jar - Mr Organic

  • Handful of broccoli

  • 1 garlic clove

  • Olive Oil spray, 1 g

Method

  • Chop the mushrooms and finely chop the broccoli

  • Heat olive oil in non stick pan and fry the garlic and mushrooms for 5-8 minutes

  • Chop chicken sausages into 2cm pieces

  • Add broccoli and sausages to the pan and stir fry for 5 minutes.

  • Add the tomato sauce and gnocchi with a little boiling water. Cover with a lid or foil. This steams the gnocchi and cooks sausages further

  • After 5 - 7 minutes remove lid and serve
