Simple protein pancakes

Everyone needs a good pancake recipe. Keep it simple with this one.

Makes 6 medium sized pancakes (2 per serving)

Prep time - 5 minutes

Cook time - 5 minutes

Snack or training breakfast

Ingredients

  • 60g oats

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 scoop chia seeds

  • 1 banana

  • 150ml almond milk

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein

  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

Instructions

  • Blitz in a @thenutribullet

  • Using a decent non stick pan pour some mixture in the middle of the pan

  • Cook for 30 seconds one side - flip then cook for 20 seconds other side

  • Serve with all kinda toppings - ensuring you are tailoring it to your nutrition plan.
