Snickers smoothie

A real treat but in a good way. Dates are a fantastic carb source and an excellent addition when really trying to maximise training performance.

Ingredients

  • Date, 5 date (25 g)
  • Peanut Butter, 1 tsp 
  • Chocolate Protein, 1 scoop (30 g)
  • Almond Milk (150ml)
  • Water  (150ml)
  • Rolled Oats, 2 tablespoons
  • Cacao nibs or cacao powder, 1 tsp (5 g)

Method

1. Put everything in a nutribullet and blend it up
