What do I get?

Easy to follow, bespoke nutrition plan

After an in depth consultation, I will provide you with a bespoke nutrition plan. Your plan is structured to support your goals, training and lifestyle.


No generic meal plans, no restriction, just simple and effective professional nutrition advice.

Accountability and guidance

We begin with a consultation via video call where we chat in depth through your intake form. For the rest of the month you will receive a weekly check in form to complete from which I provide feedback and adjustments.


At the start of each month, we will have a video call to reflect on the previous month and plan out the next month.

Education

I am here to help cut through the confusing world of nutrition, so I can empower you to take control. I will help you to understand your body and we will find exactly what works for you.

I am in your corner!

I am here to help you navigate obstacles that would have previously caused you to give up in frustration. 

Accountability is crucial to sustained success!

How much contact do I get?

You will have one video call at the start of every month, followed by a weekly check in form. 


You have access to messaging me throughout the week and I will respond Monday-Friday.


At the end of the month we chat about the next steps and whether we want to continue.


I find this is right level of communicaiton to adjust your plan, answer any questions and provide support. In the first week I am able to chat further to help get you up and running!

Do I have to track macros?

Absolutely not! During your initial consultation we will discuss options and put a plan in place that is right for you.

I have social events coming up, what do I do?

Social occasions are always going to be there. Your nutrition plan needs to be able to navigate these situations and allow you to still see progress. I am here to help you do this!


If you have to become a recluse and restrict every pleasure in life to see results then the plan is not right for you!

A little more about me


My name is Tom and I am a nutrition coach currently working with a range of clients from new members, hybrid athletes and everyone in between!


Work with me and I’ll program what, when and how much to eat on a daily basis, teach you the why, when and how to perform with daily excellence, and be your ultra-reliable coach waiting to help and support you during the process.


I’ve worked with professional athletes and dancers, HYROX competitors and just those who want to smash a PB or achieve their next competition milestone!


You’ll benefit from my knowledge and experience in endurance and performance-based events to build and maintain all the pieces of your performance puzzle, to push your boundaries and achieve great results.


When not at my desk, I’ll be found lifting, running or eating! 


  • Personal achievements:
  • HYROX Birmingham 1st place men’s doubles 2021
  • Sub 22 hour 100 mile run
  • 1000lb powerlifting total & sub 5-hour 50km run in the same weekend
  • 200kg deadlift, sub 20 minute 5km and sub 2 hour ½ marathon in the same day
